Colleen and Dave are kind, caring, compassionate, and just amazing people! I went to them for help in understanding how best to place my 90-year-old mother, who has dementia, and they walked me through every step of the process. They took the time to listen, understand our situation, and explain the different care options available to me. Their knowledge of senior care and how care homes operate is truly impressive, but what stood out to me most was the level of thought and detail they put into finding the right placement for each individual. Making decisions about care for an elderly parent can be overwhelming and emotional, and Colleen and Dave made the process feel much more manageable. I came away feeling informed, supported, and most importantly, confident that they genuinely care about the seniors and families they work with.
