I COULD GO ON AND ON HOW GREAT SHE IS BUT THE GREATEST THING ABOUT HER IS THAT SHE NEVER ONCE PRESSURED ME TO LOWER THE LISTING PRICE TO MAKE A QUICK SALE ! SHE ALWAYS, ALWAYS PUT MY INTERESTS FIRST. SHE SHOWED SO MUCH EMPATHY, AND SHE GENUINELY WANTED TO HELP ME TO SELL MY HOUSE. NOT ONLY IS VIVIANA A GREAT REALTOR, SHE ALSO HAS THE PATIENCE OF AN ANGEL. ONCE AGAIN, DON’T THINK TWICE. JUST HIRE HER !
